The Brussels tourism agency wishes to put Brussels on the local and international map as the capital of 500 million Europeans, starting from its headquarters in the Koningsstraat - rue Royale nr. 2. The exhibit "Chronicles of Brussels" was until recently a giant book with pages you could turn. A tender was launched in order to have some worn out pages restored.

We made a somewhat bold offer, the creation of a complete new "virtual" book, an interactive exhibit consisting of a twofold setup of two large displays, combined as in an open book, back to back. The client was pleasantly surprised and moreover, our offer fitted into theprovided budget. The rest is... well, the history of Brussels!

With a few push buttons you can browse through the chronicles of Brussels. Designer Leo Aerts (Alinea) was responsible for the sleek design of the setup.
